Obsidian Vale
Obsidian Vale is a Vale client for Obsidian, bringing configurable, offline-first inline style and grammar checking directly into the Obsidian editor.
Issues are highlighted inline as you type, with severity indicators for errors, warnings, and suggestions, hover tooltips for details, and a status bar summary of the current document. It requires Vale to already be installed and configured on your system, since the plugin talks to your existing Vale setup rather than bundling its own.
It’s a companion to Vale VSCode and part of the same ongoing Vale tooling work.
