A lot of the time we don’t understand each other in our projects due to a lack of clarity, explanations, context and assumptions on all sides that go continually unchecked. How can we all understand each other much better, reducing heart ache, money wasted, time spent, mental and physical violence? Let’s figure it out and end the session much happier.
