It’s been another busy month here in Berlin. Most of the month was unpleasantly roasting hot which was very unwelcome, especially due to Germany’s lack of air conditioning. I’m a bit behind on my blog posting due to being busy with workshops, writing and also events here and there. I also went to Prague for a few days which I promise I’ll get around to writing about this week!

In my kitchen I’m currently working on vegan cheese recipes. I teach classes in vegan cheese making so I’m always trying something new. I’m also hoping to retail a small batch of cheeses at small local producers markets (depending on customer interest and financial viability of course). I’m doing a tasting table at a vegan market next week.

I’ve been cooking lots of as usual, here’s what’s been in my kitchen:[
